5557 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If it is proven that registration was completed using false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to provide the required documents for identity verification.
• Members may close their own account upon request.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (typically more than 12 months).
